The FSSAI organized a panel discussion on Traditional Foods; Global Standards’ during GFRS 2025.
The panel comprised of Dr. Mita Kotecha (Chair, Ayurveda Aahar, FSSAI) and Dr. Tanuja Nesari (Director, ITRA, Jamnagar). The session having Dr. Raj Rajashekhar (Newzealand); Dr. Andreas Hansel (Germany); Dr. Rita ( Philippines); and Dr. Disna (Sri Lanka) – moderated by Dr. Pradeep Dua from WHO, headquarters, Geneva was meticulously planned by the science and standards department under the guidance of Dr. Alka Rao, Adviser, FSSAI.
