Lab diagnosis from clinical samples performed by different diagnostic modalities like serological investigations, bacteriological investigations & mycological investigations.

It’s importance attached with base of clinical confirmation with different laboratory diagnostic tools.
Test for Stability of prepared as well as raw drug of each scholar also performed upto completion of drug @ different climatic condition by using smear examination test & different culture methods. Under RNTCP, diagnostic microscopic center (DMC) also run to rule out positive TB patient.
