ITRA actively participated in the “Reliance Vitality Fair” held at Reliance Township

The Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (ITRA) actively participated in the “Reliance Vitality Fair” held at Reliance Township, Khavadi, Jamnagar on Saturday, 6th December 2025, providing expert services and comprehensive health awareness to the community. The event witnessed an impressive footfall of over 2500 visitors, demonstrating strong public interest in Ayurveda and holistic health practices. Visitors showed keen enthusiasm as they explored the ITRA pavilion, where they were introduced to key Ayurvedic concepts such as Dincharya, Rutucharya, Sadvrutta, Prakriti Parikshana, the importance of millets, and the role of regular exercise in maintaining overall health. More than 120 Prakriti Parikshana assessments were conducted during the event, offering visitors individualized insights and deepening their understanding of Ayurveda’s diagnostic strengths. Around 1000 pamphlets focused on disease prevention were distributed.

The entire awareness initiative was conducted under the supervision of Prof. H. A. Vyas, Dean Academics, and effectively coordinated by Dr. Kalpesh A. Dattani from the Department of Swasthavritta, Dr. Nisha V. Parmar from the Department of Basic Principles, and Dr. Pradeep H.
